Each month we award “Driver of the Month” certificates to two of our driver, one for Mackay and one for our other depots. These drivers are recognised on the depot noticeboards and in our staff newsletters and they receive a gift voucher in recognition of their “simply excellent service”.
All of our drivers are eligible, with the final decision to be made by management.
The monthly nominees are then eligible for our “Employee of the Year” Award.
The prize for our “Employee of the Year” will be :
- Seven nights accommodation in our luxury Deep Blue Apartment on Moreton Island (2 adults, 2 children)
- Free transfer to Moreton Island
- Free use of a 4WD vehicle for the week
- Free guided snorkelling tour while you are on the island
- A welcoming carton of beer or a couple of bottles of wine (your choice)
The criteria for these awards is:
- Passion for your job and providing “Simply Excellent Service” at all times
- Excellence in all areas of your role
- The ability to interact well with all other stakeholders.
- No vehicle accidents, speeding, mixes or spills
- Accurate paperwork
- Great attitude
